Primary Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.  
Develop and maintain reliable, efficient, and scalable automation workflows.  
Integrate UiPath solutions with databases, APIs, and thirdparty applications.  
Ensure code reusability, efficiency, and scalability in automation development.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.  
Assess and analyze existing processes for automation feasibility.  
Design end to end automation architecture, including exception handling and logging.

Debug, fix, and optimize existing automation scripts.  

Deploy bots in UiPath Orchestrator and manage schedules, logs, and configurations.

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.  
Conduct automation training and knowledge sharing sessions.
Secondary Responsibilities:-

Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams for smooth automation deployment.
Coordinate with business analysts and project managers to align automation goals with business needs.
Assist in gathering feedback from end-users to enhance automation solutions.

Assist in audit and compliance documentation for RPA implementations.
Monitor automation for adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
DAY-TO-DAY Roles and Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and test new automation workflows in UiPath.
Enhance and optimize existing bots for better performance.
Implement exception handling, logging, and security in automation scripts.
Review automation workflows developed by junior developers.
Ensure adherence to UiPath coding standards and best practices.
Maintain reusable components and modular workflows for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and debug bot failures in development and production.
Work with support teams to analyze logs and identify root causes.
Ensure quick resolution of automation failures and exceptions.
Deploy, schedule, and manage bots in UiPath Orchestrator.
Monitor job execution, queues, and bot performance.
Handle credential management, environment setup, and bot scaling.

Competencies:-

Proficient in developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, Integration Service, Apps and Robot.
Strong understanding of modular design, exception handling, reusability, and scalability in RPA.
Experience in VB.NET, C#, Python, and SQL for scripting and data manipulation.
Ability to manage bot scheduling, monitoring, credential handling, and queue management in UiPath Orchestrator
Proficiency in integrating RPA bots with APIs, databases, web services, and third-party applications.
Experience working with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Computer Vision for intelligent automation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with business teams, IT, and leadership.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and RPA development cycles.
