Resources should be familiar with the existing codebase of the current production environment and support future enhancements of the EPortal application by providing the following services. (a) Application support: (i) Incident Fixes (ii) Service Requests (iii) Application Monitoring (iv) Security patches (v) Technology workstreams (Web Pages(HTML, JavaScript & jQuery), .NET and Java) (vi) Problem management / RCA analysis. (b) Platform support: (i) Administration (ii) DB Administration (iii) System Monitoring and reporting (c) Dev-Ops support: (i) EPortal Code Maintenance & patches (ii) Release and deployments (iii) Hot fix support (d) Vendor coordination: (i) Vendor coordination and interaction – to ensure issues / tickets closed. (ii) Liaise with Microsoft for any underlying infrastructure issue (e) Enhancement Change Requests (i) Feature enhancements – Resource should able to understand the existing EPortal application codebase and enhance the application features based on the requirements from IT and business
