Role Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of professional experience to join our product design team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design thinking skills, be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and have a passion for delivering clean, functional, and beautiful designs.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines. Conduct UX research, user testing, competitor analysis, and apply insights into the design process. Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual standards. Deliver high-fidelity designs and specifications to developers and ensure implementation accuracy. Maintain and organize design files, version history, and documentation. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
UX Research & Analysis Conduct usability tests, interviews, journey mapping
Front-End Collaboration Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic understanding) Familiar with frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS Developer handoff using Figma Inspect / XD
Design Systems Experience maintaining or contributing to design systems & Design Guidelines
