The role requires strong hands-on experience in low-code automation, workflow optimization, and user interface design with adherence to best practices, governance, and security compliance.

•    Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules to support app and flow logic.
•    Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party APIs, custom connectors, and on-premises data gateways.
•    Design secure and responsive Power Pages portals for internal/external stakeholders, ensuring role-based access control and authentication (Azure AD, OAuth, etc.).
•    Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional solutions.
•    Implement error handling, logging, and version control in flows and apps.
•    Conduct unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deploy solutions across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) using Solutions, Pipelines, and ALM principles.
•    Ensure compliance with organizational standards for governance, security, and data retention policies.
•    Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills and Experience
•    Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
•    Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps including formulas, components, and UI logic.
•    Proficiency in Power Automate – building complex approval workflows, integrations, and error-handling.
•    Experience in designing Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) including authentication, form customization, and Liquid templates.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Excel connectors.
•    Experience integrating with REST APIs, HTTP actions, and JSON/XML parsing.
•    Familiar with PowerFx, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS for customization.
•    Understanding of environment management, ALM, and solution deployment pipelines.
•    Knowledge of Power BI, AI Builder, or Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) is an added advantage.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•    Experience with Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
•    Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) or IDP platforms (ABBYY, Copilot Document Processor) preferred.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodology, DevOps pipelines, and Git-based version control.

Soft Skills
•    Strong communication and client-facing skills.
•    Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
•    Proactive problem-solving and self-learning attitude.
•    Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
