Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows using UiPath’s end-to-end automation platform. The role requires expertise in UiPath’s latest components, including modern Orchestrator, Automation Hub, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Integration Service, while adhering to best practices in governance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator platform, including Robots, Queues, Assets, and Schedules.
• Perform bot deployments, updates, and environment configuration in development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor bot performance, health, and availability, addressing issues proactively.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams for fixes.
• Maintain security and user access controls across UiPath environments, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Create and manage environments, machines, and user roles in accordance with enterprise policies.
• Generate and analyze logs, audit trails, and reports for system performance and bot activities.
• Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams for system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Support disaster recovery planning, backup, and restoration activities for automation environments.
• Ensure high availability and business continuity for RPA services across the organization.

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio / StudioX / Studio Web.
• Integrate automation workflows with various systems such as SAP, Web Apps, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements and create PDDs, SDDs, and Test Cases.
• Build robust automation using the REFramework or Modern Design templates.
• Configure and maintain automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including Assets, Queues, Schedules, and Robots.
• Implement intelligent document processing (IDP) using UiPath Document Understanding integrated with AI Center / Action Center.
• Work with UiPath Integration Service and API Connectors for cross-system automation.
• Utilize UiPath Assistant / Apps / Automation Hub for attended automation and citizen development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis during UAT and Production phases.
• Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and version control using Git / UiPath Automation Ops.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, DLP policies, and security standards.
• Support deployment, hypercare, and ongoing maintenance of bots in production.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Core Skills: UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queue Management, DataTables, Exception Handling.
• Advanced Components:
  • UiPath Document Understanding (AI/ML extractors, classifier training, taxonomy management)
  • UiPath AI Center (model deployment and retraining)
  • UiPath Integration Service (API and connector-based integration)
  • UiPath Action Center (human-in-the-loop workflows)
  • UiPath Apps (front-end app creation for automation)
  • UiPath Assistant / Marketplace / Task Capture / Process Mining (for discovery and execution optimization)
• Programming Languages: VB.NET, C#, Python, or SQL basics.
• Version Control: Git, Azure DevOps, UiPath Automation Ops.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Experience with on-prem, cloud, or hybrid UiPath environments.
• Good understanding of: REST APIs, JSON, XML, OCR engines (Google OCR, Microsoft OCR, Tesseract), and data extraction logic.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in RPA support or system administration, with at least 2 year managing UiPath Orchestrator.
• Proficient in managing UiPath environments (on-prem or cloud), including deployment and scheduling.
• Understanding of RPA infrastructure, Windows servers, virtual machines (VMs), and networking concepts.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Batch) for automation of admin tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for platform-level and bot-level issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially for working with IT, InfoSec, and DevOps teams.
• UiPath RPA Associate or Automation Ops certification is a plus.

Preferred / Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Generative AI integration with UiPath.
• Exposure to Power Platform / ABBYY / Azure Form Recognizer for hybrid automation models.
• Experience in Automation Hub COE governance and licensing optimization.
• Experience with UiPath Insights (Looker integration) for performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• UiPath Certified Professional – Advanced Developer (latest version) or equivalent certification preferred.
