Job Description:

* 10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and Microservices
* Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
* Experience in mentoring developers and driving technical excellence within the team
* Good understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and secure application development
* Experience in database design, SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning
* Experience with CI/CD process, Git, code review practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
* Insurance domain experience is preferred
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure, for successful project delivery
* Support production releases, client discussions, and critical business activities as required
* Flexibility to support clients during critical business hours and travel when required.
