Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer / QA Analyst with around 5 to 6 years of experience in Software Testing and Healthcare Processing. The candidate should possess strong expertise in manual testing, API testing, database validation, and a good understanding of automation testing concepts. Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, and Loan Management domains will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Manual Testing across various applications to ensure product quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct API Testing using Postman and validate backend data through SQL queries.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting activities.
• Assist in performance testing activities using JMeter.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and STLC processes and quality standards.
