NSure Presales - Techno Functional Consultant – Life Insurance

Role Purpose: Technical knowledge with deep Life Insurance domain and product expertise and translate customer requirements into viable software solutions during presales.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze General Insurance business requirements from RFP/RFI and customer processes on Core System and front end solutions
• Knowledge on Middle Office engine with Rules and Workflows
• Technical knowledge on Java, Springboot, RDBMS Databases, Cloud services, API
• Lead or participate in discovery sessions and customer workshops.
• Provide expertise across New Business, Product Configuration, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premiums, Renewals, Endorsements, Claims, Payments, Commissions, Reinsurance and Policy Servicing.
• Map requirements to product capabilities and identify configuration, customization and gaps.
• Good understanding and knowledge on the technical and architecture of the solution
• Co-ordinate with product tech team and infra team
• Ability to prepare the implementation plan for Water fall, Agile and Hybrid
• Design solution flows and functional architecture.
• Conduct product demonstrations and scenario walkthroughs.
• Prepare Technical RFP/RFI responses, Presentations and support PoCs.
• Work with BAs on requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate feasibility with Sales, Product and Technology teams.
• Support estimation, implementation planning and risk identification.

Experience & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of Life Insurance domain experience.
• Experience with Life Insurance policy administration systems.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and processes.
• Good understanding of tech stack, APIs, integrations and enterprise applications architectures.
• Presales/consulting experience preferred.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
