What You'll Do

• Work with stakeholders and SMEs to understand business needs and design solutions
• Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and document requirements (User Stories, BRD, FSD, RFI/RFQ/RFP)
• Perform data mapping, data analysis, and data migration activities for insurance system implementations and transformations.
• Define source-to-target mapping rules and validate migrated data.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Create wireframes/mock-ups for UI/UX and document system logic
• Analyze and map data across systems
• Represent the project team in meetings and communicate decisions to developers
• Support test planning, execution, and defect verification
• Assist with training and deployment/post-go-live support
• Keep Project Managers and stakeholders updated on progress

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in General Insurance/Core Insurance.
• Hands-on experience in Data Migration, Data Mapping, Data Reconciliation, and Data Validation activities.
• Strong understanding of Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, and Product Configuration.
• Experience writing BRDs, FSDs, User Stories
• Skilled in wireframing and requirements documentation
• Solid data analysis and mapping experience
• Familiarity with software testing lifecycle
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
